Youth Interfaith Project “Celebrating Our Diversity Now”

Within the framework of the Project, 4 meetings-discussions are being organized in Montreal (22-26 January, 2018), Toronto (5-9 February, 2018), Calgary (20-23 February, 2018), and Vancouver (5-9 March, 2018); a website dedicated to the project and to the youth interfaith dialogue in Canada will be created; a documentary movie about the same topics will be created; and newsletters will be disseminated among members of the participating religious communities.
The project would bring together young leaders and clergy from the Anglican, the Bahai, the Roman Catholic, the Evangelical Lutheran, the Antiochian Orthodox, the Russian Orthodox, the Greek Orthodox, the Serbian Orthodox, the Romanian Orthodox, the Coptic, the Ethiopian, the Maronite, the Mar Thoma, the United, the Buddhist, the Hindu, the Presbyterian, the Sikh, the Shia, the Sunni, the Jewish, and the Armenian Apostolic Communities. At each meeting, each faith community will be represented by 3 young leaders of 18-35 years of age, and one clergy, appointed by the religious communities themselves.

There is no fee for participation in the meetings. The Armenian Diocese will provide meals for all the participants of the meetings.
